ROAD TEST BOOKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We, Book Road Test, reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
We use PayPal for checkout. You can use any major credit card to pay (you do not have to create PayPal account) or use your PayPal account.
Our site is protected by SSL when you book, so your payment details are secure. All payment information is handled by our merchant. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. We are only liable for our service fee.
BOOKING A TEST
Once you have paid for your road test we will confirm this via email within 1 hour. You will receive your booking confirmation as soon as we book your road test appointment. The booking time greatly depends on the locations and dates/times you have selected, and so we can’t provide ETA.It is your responsibility to check you’ve provided the correct email address as this is the only method of confirmation we provide.
Our fee should be paid at the time of booking. Our price includes extra services such as obtaining suitable dates for the customer, changing road test appointments and offering help and advice on what to bring to your test.
The information we collect via the Website may include any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, telephone number etc. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our accredited merchant.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations are carried out within 24 hours. However we need 5 clear full working days notice before the test to enable a cancellation of the booking without forfeiting the full amount. Rescheduling is free of charge however cancellation without our fault will be charged depending on the nature of the cancellation.
Please ensure all inquiries are emailed to us or through contact form on our contact us page. All relevant inquiries will be responded to within the next working day. Please not that we are not affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation.
If we can’t book road test we will provide full refund. When we booked your road test we completed order and this order can’t be refunded, however we provide road test reschedule free of charge.
RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINS
We are taking our service seriously and do care about our customers. We will consider any complain and resolve any issue ASAP. Just send as message through our secure contact form and we will handle everything. If you would like to get a refund before we booked appointment, please contact us ASAP.
