How does Covid-19 affects your services?

We continue to operate in accordance with Ontario law and respect limitations and health regulations by Ontario Health.

What locations are open (closed)?

It’s very easy to find out closed locations, if region is in ‘stay at home’ or ‘gray level’ locations in the region are closed.

We will keep closed locations list up to date and update as soon as we can however it’s best to get information directly from DriveTest

Passenger road tests have resumed in all regions except at centres and Travel Points located in regions that are in a Grey-Lockdown zone. These locations are:

  • Brampton, Downsview, Etobicoke, Geraldton, Manitouwadge, Marathon, Metro East, Mississauga, Nipigon, Port Union, Schreiber and Thunder Bay.

My registered address is in lockdown zone, can I go for the road test in other region?

DriveTest has policy to turn around people from lockdown regions to open locations. They will check your Postal Code and will not admit you for the road test. It’s best to wait until your region opens.

I booked with you but road test was canceled due Covid-19 or for any other reason by DriveTest, will I get a refund?

We regretfully can’t provide refund in such circumstances, but we will book early road test again for free.
